• Processing Time: In-stock carpets are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Custom Orders: Hand-knotting is a slow art. Custom pieces may take 12-24 weeks depending on the size and complexity.
• Worldwide Shipping: We ship to over 50 countries using premium logistics partners like DHL and FedEx.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID as soon as your order leaves our Sahaswan atelier.

Returns & Exchanges

Every THE MRC carpet is a unique work of art. Due to the high value and artisanal nature of our products, we follow a refined return policy:

• Quality Assurance: Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
• Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs to themrcinfo@gmail.com.
• Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange for stock items if requested within 7 days, provided the carpet is in its original, unused condition.
• Custom Rugs: Please note that custom-made carpets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
